ASBY appreciates MINJEC's Gesture
The President and Founder of the Buyam Sellam Association Cameroon (ASBY), Marie Biloa Mbala, was granted audience by the Minister of Youth Affairs and Civic Education Mounouna Foutsou on Monday the 30th of May, 2022 in his meeting room
Marie Biloa Mbala came to thank the Minister for patronizing the Buyam Sellam Association during the celebration of the 50th edition of the National Day. In fact, Minister Mounouna Foutsou gave them the opportunity to participate in the events that marked the celebration, notably exhibition sales at the Unity and National Integration Village, Sporting activities with female Defense and Security Forces as well as March-Pass parade.
"It was indeed a great moment for all the Buyam Sellam women which we cannot minimize. I wish to manage the relationship established between ASBY and MINJEC in a sustainable manner for future benefit. I have a project based on cassava, potatoes and maize transformation which is highly equipped but deficient of financial resources. I advocate for institutional support in order to implement this project which will go a long way to accelerate youth empowerment" said Marie Biloa Mbala.
The Minister, after listening to the president and founder of ASBY, appreciated her for the effort put in place to empower young Cameroonians. "Together we can better orientate them because we are like supervisors to young people in the domain of agriculture. Together with young people, we have always tried our best to bring solutions to Youth challenges. In Africa it is often said "when there is enough for one person there is enough for all". Considering your solicitations, we will work on it and see in what aspect we can collaborate, Said MINJEC.
