It aims to strengthen republican values among the populations in order to consolidate national unity, living together in peace and social cohesion.<br \/>This programme will therefore aim at:<br \/>\u2013Implementing actions and initiatives to strengthen the feeling of patriotism, solidarity and tolerance as well as harmonious living together, such as the local living together workshops;<br \/>\u2013Developing synergies of actions using advocacy, cultural and inter-generational meetings, activities for intermingling and exchanges between youths and adults, the setting up of a platform for exchange in social networks;<br \/>\u2013Increasing youth participation in commemorative days, various forums and other national and international youth meetings;<br \/>\u2013Continuing the implementation of the Support Programme for the Return and Integration of Youth from the Diaspora (PARIJEDI) and its component DIALYJ (Diaspora and local Youth Joint venture);<br \/>\u2013Promoting the organisation and development of the youth associative movement through the effective renewal of all the bodies of the Cameroon National Youth Council (CNYC);<br \/>\u2013Strengthening the citizen and voluntary participation of youths in local development through the establishment of Municipal and Regional Youth Councils;<br \/>\u2013Increasing synergy of action with the National Commission for the Promotion of Bilingualism and Multiculturalism as well as partner administrations;<br \/>\u2013Increasing synergy of action with the National Committee for Disarmament, Demobilisation and Reintegration (NCDDR).<br \/>Services in charge of implementing the programme include:<br \/>At the central level:<br \/>\u2013Technical Department;<br \/>\u2013Programmes and projects for the mobilisation, financing and accompaniment \u00a0of Cameroonian youths by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Civic Education (MINJEC);<br \/>\u2013National Office of the Cameroon National Youth Council (CNYC)<br \/>\u2013National Civic Service Agency for Participation in Development (NCSAPD).<br \/>\u2013Attached structures.<br \/>At the deconcentrated and local levels:<br \/>\u2013Regional, Divisional and Sub-divisional Delegations of Youth Affairs and Civic Education;<br \/>\u2013Multipurpose Youth Empowerment Centres (MYECs);<br \/>\u2013National Youth and Sports Centres (NYSC) of Kribi;<br \/>\u2013National Centre for Mass Civic Education and National Integration (CNEPCI);<br \/>\u2013Regional, Divisional and Sub-divisional Offices of the CNYC;<br \/>\u2013Local Authorities.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Program 146: National Integration and Civic\u00a0Participation Programme\u00a0146 is built around three actions: the Promotion of a) national integration; b) community life and c) youth participation.
