Boost the mindset

Minister Mounouna Foutsou grants an audience to Ninelle Tchepanou Sofack, president of Tchep’s Mindset Booster (TMB) on Friday, 04th March 2025 at MINJEC Headquarters building Yaoundé which offers its services to help the Ministry boost the entrepreneurial capacities of young people.

     Ninelle Tchepanou Sofack,  Founder of Tchep’s Mindset Booster (TMB), presents her organization which aims to transform the potential of young Cameroonians. Tchep’s Mindset Booster reinforces the impact of PRONEC-REAMORCE by cultivating a growth mindset among young people. Tchep’s Mindset Booster also complements this initiative by developing the entrepreneurial mindset essential to sustainable success. By transforming mindsets and cultivating the entrepreneurial spirit, TMB amplifies the impact of the programme and boosts socio-economic development of Cameroonian youth, thus contributing to the prosperous futures of the country.

    After the presentation of the vision of Tchep’s Mindset Booster, its was time for the traditional flag lowering ceremony marking the end of the working week in which Ninelle Tchepanou Sofack, president of Tchep’s Mindset Booster (TMB) handles the civic mindedness minute for the day. With the presence of Honourable Gabriel Fandja, President of the Education, Professional training and Youth Commission at the national Assembly, who was impressed with the presentation and also with the initiatives of Pronec-Reamorce which are in line with the vision of Tchep’s Mindset Booster organisation. 

    Honourable Gabriel Fandja concluded by advising the minister to focus more on increasing communication on Pronec-Reamorce nationwide and advises Tchep’s Mindset Booster founder to work closely with the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Civic Education in the changing of minds of our youths and guide them towards the future development of the nation.
